Do you bring the cleaning products and cleaning cloths required?
Yes. High quality cleaning products are used and all cleaning cloths are sanitized.
Do I need to leave any equipment out for you to do the cleaning?
Yes, for Residential cleaning it is requested of the client to leave in the hallway their vacuum, mop, pail, broom and dustpan for use in their own home.
For Post-Construction cleaning and Move-in/Move-out cleaning all equipment, cleaning products and cleaning cloths will be brought by the cleaner to the scheduled appointment.
Do I have to be home for the cleaning time scheduled?
You do not have to be home. Ensure you have made arrangements with the Sheri for access.
I have pets. Is it okay to leave pets in the home during the cleaning?
If you have pets, it is requested that the pets be secured for the duration of the scheduled cleaning appointment. Please let Sheri know what your pet's names are and leave your pets secured with access to a water dish.
How much notice do you require to cancel a scheduled appointment?
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to cancel an appointment and to re-schedule your appointment, please let Sheri know at least 48 hours in advance. Your courtesy is appreciated.
What forms of payment for cleaning services are accepted?
You may pay in cash or by e-transfer on the day of service or you may pay in advance in cash or by e-transfer. If by e-transfer, send your payment to email@example.com .
If I find I am running late to give you access to the home for the scheduled cleaning appointment, how would you like me to get in touch with you directly to let you know I am on my way?

Do I Have to be There at the Time of my Appointment?
Not at all. Most of our clients prefer to leave us alone to clean so they can enjoy coming home or arriving at work to an expertly cleaned space.
