Information provided by phone, text, email or the estimate request form is used to respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate and communicate about the requested service.
Information collected
SFCC may receive your name, contact details, preferred contact method, property location, service requested and any additional information you choose to provide.
How information is handled
Information is used for the inquiry and related service communication. LinkNow may process and store form submissions as the website and form provider. Information may also be handled by the communication and hosting services used to receive the inquiry. SFCC does not use the website form to collect payment information.
Retention
Inquiry records may be retained for business, service and recordkeeping purposes and are deleted or anonymized when no longer reasonably required, subject to legal obligations and LinkNow system settings.
What not to send
Do not send payment information, access codes or other sensitive information by email or text.
